I am so pleased to introduce you to my new friend Dr. Wenfei Tong, a biologist, conservationist, and nature guide. She is the author of Understanding Bird Behavior: An Illustrated Guide to What Birds Do and Why and Bird Love: The Family Life of Birds, which have been popular with readers from 6 to over 60. She has been a keen birder since the age of 12 and has shared her love of birds through her writing, public speaking, paintings, photography, research, teaching and nature guiding. Wenfei is also the owner of Big Sky Safaris, in Montana, where she leads nature tours on horseback.
